I’ve been banking with them for a few years now, 5 probably. As of lately I’ve had numerous issues with my account. Getting paychecks late despite coworkers getting theirs on time, refunds take twice as long to process, now I have payments going through twice and taking money out when it shouldn’t be. I sadly can’t rely on my money being in my account when it should be while banking with town and country that is now known as heartland bank. Two stars is generous. Probably the worst online banking any bank could ever have. We live in a world where literally any transaction can happen in seconds, yet it takes Town and Country 5 business days to pull a payment from your account. I'm not sure what kind of archaic system you're using but it's safe to say it's time to step your game up. Good news though, with all the random scam fees you charge your customers you should definitely have enough money to make the change!
