Ended up paying so much money in penalties because my taxes weren't filed on time even tho I dropped my w2 off months before the deadline. I feel like a meth addict would have done my taxes better than this place. My taxes were filed months after they were supposed to be and I Literally dropped them off months before the due date. I owe over $600 in penalties just because of this place. I was lied too and strung along every time I would call. STAY AWAY!
I understand that things happen, but when you trust a professional to get things done, don't hear from them throughout the process and then end up owing the IRS MORE than what you paid (according to the preparer's calculations).... I do not recommend this business.
