Helped us obtain a commercial mortgage re-fi with cash out. That part was fine, great mortgage with a good bank! It was the abuse of the knowledge I had shared with him, combined with our good nature, that had him owing us an $8,000 "60 day" loan for 4 years and 5 months! Had to hire an attorney and take him to court to get my money back.
