Went to get a title change for a vehicle I bought. For some reason they put the vehicle as if their dealership bought it and then put in under my name as if they sold it to me. They also put a lien on it even though the services were paid in full. I asked for a letter on their dealership letter head that the lien was paid in full. They said yes but never delivered.
