when you call 911 to help in a medical emergency and they show up and make the situation not only WORSE, but potentially life threatening. and then try to justify it with "we follow policy." that's TowerDIRECT. I wouldn't recommend this ambulance to my worst enemy. no compassion. no empathy. no responsibility. no repercussions. & one of these reviews is literally their DIRECTOR. if this ambulance showed up to help tomorrow, I would tell them to leave and send competent emergency responders.
My father needed to go to the hospital and I specifically told the which hospital twice and he wasn't taken there after several phone calls we found him at another hospital. I recommend people who need ambulance service in Reading area to call Western Berks Ambulance
