This company is nothing less than amazing! Kay was so pleasant to speak to over the phone and she made this so easy for me. She even congratulated me on my baby that is due pretty soon! I also have a financed couch with this company and every phone call is always pleasant and not a hassling.
Great experience! Elvontay Newson went above and beyond excellent customer service by making feel like person and not just a number to make money off of. I had issue getting my funds deposited Mr. Newson even stayed after hours until I got the issue sorted out. Highly recommen this Tower Loan location.
I was greeted by the Alaysa She helped me secure my loan with them. She was very professional and funny at the same time. She made the process super easy and fast. I was done in about 15 to 20 minutes. I definitely recommend Tower loan to anyone considering a loan.
Unprofessional: Came to my door ???SERIOUSLY to collect a payment that I had already made and never once bothered to leave a voicemail that it did not go through? Not to mention the constant calling when the payment is not even due. How are we supposed to know what's going on when you don't leave voicemails and are calling all the time?
