Katy is very rude dan in Springfield also rude niether of them know the law and when you call for owner they say he cant be reached and he will have to call you back no thanks that's the problem I have never been a customer and never will be and they wont stop calling me well it's about time for me to sue you

When I called the local office about this they would reject my calls so I had to drive there in person. Tower Loan is a great place to work with! as long as you pay your bill as agreed, they do not "harrass" you. Anytime you do need to change your payment date, they are very easy to work with and flexible. You just have to reach out to them and work it out. They are always willing to work with you on whatever you have going on. Very fair and reasonable!
