Before you borrow here be advised that these people are loan sharks and you will never pay them off unless you can do it in 90 days or less. A payday loan place disguised as a loan company. That is why they take people with bad credit. Trust me if you have bad credit this is the last place you should go for a loan.
Horrible business practices, using guilt and manipulation to get payments. Go with someone else, Austin (the manager of the Bossier location) is not professional at all.
Friendly people to do business with. I don't like the fact that they give you a 10 grace period and call you multiple times time ask for your payment during that time. I've never been late but get harped on every time during the grace period.
I had an emergency and had to have $1,000 to get documents to get my job. This would havae been impossible without Tower loan in the right place at the right time. Thank you Tower loan
Was sent letter to contact manager immediately, employee very rude and would not let me speak to manager. Am not in arrears and always pay on time. When I have my loan paid off.....never again Tower Loan!!!!!
This place is ridiculous! Besides crazy high interest rates, that are down right predatory, they are constantly changing managers and employees, they "lose" your payments, and come to your house repeatedly and threaten. one manager and employee were fired for stealing payments. there's no communication it's like starting all over every time you call,you are told what u wanna hear or like things are no big deal to get u to sign. Terrible service..i got a loan through them and they cashed my check.. Th e bank has it for a payment I made and they claim they didnt get it. So then I gave them all the info and a copy of th e check and thay are avoiding my call. They keep saying they have to talj to the manage rwhich I originally asked for and th ought I was ralking to
I don't like the fact they never let you know everymonth what your balance on your loan is. you have to keep up with everything yourself. they do not send out statements as do other businesses. I don't think this is good business practice. also, they are constantly sending out letters for you to borrow more money when you are already paying on a loan with them. I think some improvements could be made.
