Always helpful. Shelby is amazing….. very friendly and great customer service
Shelby is very rude to people that their borrowers lists as references. When asked to be taken off the call list, she got confrontational and proclaimed that “her money was being messed with” and we weren’t the ones who took the loan out! Unprofessional and clearly too emotional given the nature of the job.

I was friendly appreciate by this branch but at end of road they decided to hold me back financially by acting like they are not in 21 century. You guys really need new versions of financial algorithms which can lets people to get access to their old or close accounts for payments. Remember they are not your friends or helpers they are here to make profit from you. Be smart guys.
