Miss Natalie is a professional and had an answer for every question that was asked. Incredibly polite and shows genuine care for others. She listened to everything I had to say, even when I started ranting! I was referred by a friend and spoke with Miss Natalie to get advice and learn about how Tower Loan operates and she was very knowledgeable and explained things in an easy to understand fashion. I felt no pressure to do anything, and appreciate all of the help. 10/10 recommend this branch and Natalie!
