Recieved a notice in the mail, called the Pineville location to find out what the notice was about since my pymnt was on time and actually ahead on my pymnts. Asked to speak to the person who sent this notice out, it was the manager Lisa M.Upon asking her about this notice I was answered very rudely, she in actuality had no clue about my acct, yet sent the notice and actually told me in a very scarcastic tone "If I didn't like it don't barrow from them".
