I worked with this company as a third party business. I provided services for their clients and they paid me for my services. This went on for several years until suddenly they stopped paying me. I received several requests for emergency paperwork to be done but then when it came time to pay me, the loan officers began to ignore my calls and emails. This guy named Terry Tabosa came to my house "Supposedly" to get a document that he needed in order to help my dad. I asked him why he needed all the documents that I don't have to give him all the documents, then he says "I don't give a shit if you want to help your dad or your brother, I don't give a shit if it works or not, I don't even have to be here to do this".... I just closed on my property today 7/7/2017, Tower Home Loans and the entire staff are so amaizing especially Plinia and Lee. When all hope seemed to be lost with the privious bank I delt with, these amaizing set of people came to the rescue. They helped me through the process. I contact them because I was traveling overseas and had a very short time frame to get my loan approved. Jean got on it right away, they were professional and kept me in the loop thru out the whole process. My closing was done in the time I was promised with no major problems in the process. Thank you very much tower and all his team for a great job. Me and my family are very happy in our new house.
