Great experience overall for pre employment testing. Bloodwork and drug screening was fast and efficient. Would recommend.
Came here for a pre-employment physical and drug test. Arrived on time and after filling out paperwork, I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. The sample collections were not too bad, but then the wait continued for the physical exam.
They NEVER answer the phone. Called so many times. It just keeps ringing. Can't even leave a voicemail. Went elsewhere!
Be prepared to wait for long, bring a warm clothes ( it is cold in there) Otherwise people who work here is knowledgeable, nice, and patient. I had a really good experience here. From scheduling my appointment, talking with receptionists, medical assistants, nurse and doctor, till I left the facility.
Made an appointment just to wait over an hour and a half. Didn’t get called until 45 mins after my actual appointment. Sat in the exam room for a long time as well. Ridiculous, waste of a day.
