Came in twice with a concern on my arm. Asked to switch Dr.s and said I had to see the same person. That policy should be done away with. IMO Ok. Third visit was a second opinion with a different practice and was they were presented with my concern and pictures I had collected that were also shown the first two times at your office. I'm glad I followed my gut. A biopsy is an easy procedure. Diagnosis pre cancer cells and melanoma runs in my family. I have always loved this office. My dermatologist was Dr. Galvin and she was wonderful and patient and determined to help. I have a SEVERE case of scalp psoriasis, that developed rapidly and out of the blue in summer 2020, and she worked hard to find a combination of treatments that would help me, as I have an infectious disease and can not take the injectable meds that suppress your immune system. Fantastic staff. Relatively large facility. Following COVID19 protocols. Dr. Leib wore a mask and face shield. Highly recommend Dr. Lieb. She was friendly, thorough, answered all questions, and took a good amount of time. I was not rushed. Will return without hesitation.
