Tower Generator came to service my equipment. They charged me $450 for three spark plugs and a change of oil. I will not use them again.

We had a ******* generator installed 4 years ago. In the spring, it stopped working with only 30 hours of use on it. It was one year outside of warranty. We contacted Tower Generator to send a technician to look at it. He submitted a report with a long list of problems on it and said that, in his opinion, the cost to repair them all would be more than the generator was worth and it would make more sense to replace it with a new one.
