I've been a member for over 25 years and they always take good care of me.
I took my 90 year old grandmother to this bank location to set automatic balance alerts for her. The rude woman who greets folks at the front door starts arguing with me about the fact that because my 90 year old grandmother isn't internet savvy, there's no point in her getting a text message telling her she has a low balance. I had the misfortune of my Debit card being compromised. The security team did a great job making me aware of the breach and shut down my card before I experienced any losses. I was advised I could go to a Tower Branch to get a new Debt card issued. I stopped by the Ellicott City branch on my way to work where I was promptly greeted by Reena, the branch assistant manager, and was quickly issued a new card after providing proper identification.
