Been a member since 1966. Service is nothing like it used to be. Takes way too long to accomplish anything. Hate the new/ improved remote system! Hate the drive thru. Used to be customer friendly... Not anymore!!!
Hardly Helpful... In my travels visiting ,all the Tower Federal Credit Unions. All have been well equipped, well lighted and most of all convenient. Usher in Pasadena location.....- Not only has their ATM on the drive up side of the building been broken for over 6 months. It is inconceivable how they would force most of the elderly population on this end of Pasadena to have to get out of the safety of their cars at night and stand at a storefront ATM to do transactions.
