Friendly, Helpfull service
Terrible. Complete waste of time. They conditionally approved my cc application then denied it after they said they couldn't verify income after I sent 3 paystubs and a W2 that clearly show it. Appeals form to the loan committee went into the void and generally everyone I spoke to seemed to be pretty clueless. Gross incompetence all around.
Courteous, effective, efficient service. Always a pleasure to do business. I've been a member for 40+ years and have always been satisfied.
