Terrible. Complete waste of time. They conditionally approved my cc application then denied it after they said they couldn't verify income after I sent 3 paystubs and a W2 that clearly show it. Appeals form to the loan committee went into the void and generally everyone I spoke to seemed to be pretty clueless. Gross incompetence all around.
Courteous, effective, efficient service. Always a pleasure to do business. I've been a member for 40+ years and have always been satisfied.
Friendly, welcoming and they took the time to listen and answer my questions. I go out of my way to go the this TFCU.
Came in for a loan I was pre-approved for. They processed everything very quickly and I was in and out in under an hour. The representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.
Wasted 2.5 hours of my life there. Took forever. Did not get anything done. Go somewhere else.
