My mother has checking, savings and money market with this bank. I have POA and have met with a "account manager" many times after my father passed to help my mother with her finances and have provided the POA numerous times. Both my brother and I are joint account owners and I manage all of her finances. There is always an attitude when dealing with the personal advisor. Terrible policies. I had an old account with TowerFCU that I stopped using. I wanted to close it. They said I had to write a letter with my signature and send it to them. So here's the thing. When calling, I had to give them my SSN, my phone number, my DOB, my mailing address, and even my secret word. Plus two more "security" questions. Yet somehow, all that verification wasn't good enough for them to give me my member's ID since I no longer have it. Tower Federal Credit Union Experience  01/12.2025 I applied for an auto loan with Tower Federal Credit Union and received a conditional approval for a 72-month loan with an interest rate of 6%+. I was asked to submit all necessary documents, including a $35 donation to the TowerCares Foundation. After submitting everything, I received a congratulatory pre-approval email for the auto loan.
