do not bank here! they made a filing error on a payment made in february that led to a delinquency on my credit, and despite having record of the payments, accused me of fraud when i went to correct it. in this process misspelled my name twice, misdated a letter i needed from them, and won’t return any of my calls. cathy sullivan is trouble yall that you do not want.
We had a fraud incident on our account. After an archaic process for reporting the fraud, the bank was "unable" to credit the account. When I called in during business hours it just goes to a recorded message and then cuts the call off. I wouldn't recommend this bank.
