Very personable. Helpful. Knowledgeable. June is so good when we were setting up our accounts. She even came outside to the van so my wife didn’t have to get out with her walking devices to come into the building. Very nice and cordial. I highly recommend this South Pittsburg Branch.
The people at this bank are the worst . They will talk about you behind your back, share personal information about customers with each other and with other members of the bank. We sat at the virtual atm today for 15 min. The website says they close at one o'clock. I was there at 11:52. The machine said all tellers where busy and to wait. I waited a few minutes and another car pulled up. They used the atm behind me, they got a live teller immediately and was done in a few min. I waited a little longer and still no sevice.
