I opened an account last week and my first paycheck went through just fine. I thought I would order something to eat from the restaurant near where I live and did, but living 25 minutes away from the bank I have to go to a box that's supposed to be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. I give this bank a one star because my bank account has gotten hacked 5 times and they didn't contact me anyway to let me know my bank account had been hacked and yet when I have money in the bank account there is money still being taken out of it and I can't pay my bills. If I could close this bank account and have my social security check in another bank I would. I will tell my family and friends to not bank with Tower Community Bank.
