I ordered a set of a dozen 22 x 44 inch towels on Oct 22, 2021. A few days later I received 3 dozen hand towels. My attempts to reach the company to rectify the situation have been met with silence. I will never purchase from them again. I'm donating the hand towels to a local cafe.
Wow where do I begin? I bought 4 dozen of what towel Supercenter described as high-end Deluxe quality. These towels are nowhere near it. One wash and they are fraying. They are very thin and course. The size was 16 in by 26 in, they shrunk 2 inches after one single wash. These towels are not Salon quality at all. These towels belong in an auto repair shop. Save your money, the quality of these towels are horrible! Super Thin material and the towel itself is not made very well. They already look faded when you receive them. Spend the extra money and get a better quality - you will be glad you did!
Subpar 20" x 34" Premium Plus White Bath Mats(9Lbs/doz) These premium bath mats are less than "seconds in quality". Irregular weave, stains, slubs, etc. DO NOT PURCHASE. Customer Service (Pat) is the epitome of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pat called the issues I documented with pictures "minor imperfections". Contacted the company first, they did not respond. 8 out 12 towels after the first wash had seams that came undone loose threads every where. Really bad manufacturing. Yea they are less expensive, but if they fall apart after the first wash they are costing you money. Bad customer service. Bad product.
I ordered towels, 3 weeks later I called because they had not arrived and I was told they were on backorder. (me)You sell towels and they are on backorder? Ok so when will the towels ship? If there were an option for ZERO STARS, I would give it. Ordered the Salon/Gym towels for staging a home. Many arrived with different color threads woven in, as well as tears in various places. Washed them. Still soiled and felt like sandpaper. Next, tried fabric softener. Useless. Sent photos and wrote twice to the company. ZERO RESPONSE. I am using them as cleaning rags ...expensive one. Out a bunch of $$.
I do not recommend this company!!!!!! Their towels shrink to half the size and they have HORRIBLE customer service !!!!!! Several complaints on the better business bureau website as well
