I was a victim in a DV case in 2021. I was pregnant at the time of the assault, but because the baby died one day before 6 weeks it was not considered in the case. It was his second offense and My abuser was given community service and anger management. I finally got out of the relationship and have since returned to the county. What a joke of a district attorney. Mr. Adams you should go back to school and learn the law. Seems you’re the only on who doesn’t know the law. You’re a disgrace to your county, you should retire before you cost the taxpayers a lawsuit.
