Got tow for broken down pickup through AAA. Wanted to get the vehicle to the garage before they closed. Driver called me twice and assured me he would make it on time, though it would be close. Very professional and efficient loading of my truck and got me to the garage before they closed. Highly recommend them..
Most unprofessional technician and call center I have EVER dealt with. Needed a tire changed, was told they would be there within an hour. 3 hours later without even a phone call, the tech finally shows up. When I went outside, he was on his phone, while he was looking right at me he never acknowledged me whatsoever. Never said hello, never introduced himself, not even a wave.
