I retained Mr. Tovarian in July 2025 to represent me in a BIA appeal after I won political asylum. I paid $2,500 upfront. Within a month, I terminated the agreement and requested he file a Motion to Withdraw from my case. What followed was seven months of incompetence or deliberate sabotage. Абсолютно некомпетентный адвокат и его офис. -в спешке за 7 дней тяп-ляп подсунута декларация, хотя за 3 месяца до суда неоднократно мной подавались запросы о старте работ. Из декларации были выкинуты важные эпизоды. Декларация была подсунута на подпись за 2 часа до последнего дедлайна. Соответственно переводчик не спал ночами чтобы это всё перевести. -было подано 300страниц статей которые вообще не относится к кейсу, просто спам -подготовки к суду не было.ВООБЩЕ -не были рассмотрены никакие вопросы по кейсу, что будет спраш... read more
