Great experience! I ordered a case of 12 bottles (which I was able to hand select) as a gift. From the time I ordered to the time it was delivered their customer service was on point and answered any questions I had (very quickly I should add) . The hand written note was the icing on the cake - it made the gift all that more special. A+++
