WARNING!!!!! THEY ARE UNLICENSED AND THUS UNINSURED AS A LEGITIMATE WA STATE BUSINESS!!!! So thankful I didn't actually book with them, as when I asked some colleagues if this company (also doing business as Lux Ride Pro) was good before making a reservation with them, they told me they weren't actually licensed and insured!!!!! And their companies prevented them from booking with them because of the huge legal and insurance liabilities!!! Passengers wouldn't be covered in case of any accidents or bad incidents. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a wedding shuttle! Tour Bainbridge were the definition of “on time” & our drivers were fun, and went above + beyond offering to help with last minute pivots due to the always expected “groomsman that forgot something at the hotel”. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to make their big day run seamlessly and at a fair price!
Wine and food was amazing. Our tour guide Paul was great!
great service, they went above and beyond to help us get all the transportation set up for our wedding. We would highly recommend them and would absolutely use their service again for future event transportation.
