Toukan & Co. has been a client of our IT Services business for years. They have always been true professionals and great to work with.
I have been a client for more than a decade. Karen and Heather are the best!
They are so frustratingly slow and unresponsive. Every year we wait on them for a K-1 from a small business we're associated with, and every year it holds up our tax filing. We have to ask for it over and over again over months, getting the response "soon". I would not recommend working with them and I wish we could extricate ourselves from them.
Toukan & Co came highly recommended from a small business owner friend of mine. I've only had my introductory meeting, but I learned a lot and am choosing them as my accounting partner. I can't speak to Dan's experience below, but that meeting was full of great information and completely complementary. Additionally, estimates were provided up front as to what the costs will likely be for the coming tax year. Echoing what my friend told me, "they're not cheap, but it's done right."
