First time client at tough love. I was greeted by the owner who was lovely and conversational. I mixed up my appointment time and was a half hour early and when the therapist came in she took me right away. I asked if I could expand my massage time to 90 minutes and they accommodated. Sarah was my therapist and I felt so at ease with her. I am 43 years old and I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best massage I have had in my life.
