I started having sessions with Kathy to help deal with binge eating disorder. I was skeptical at first, but with time have realized that she is invaluable in helping me deal with my anxiety and depression. I always feel better after a session with Kathy and she goes out of her way to adjust her schedule if I really need a session on short notice. I highly recommend :)
