Good bank, good people
Every time I have been in the Clarksville branch l have been treated well with courtesy and efficiency. A very friendly group to do business with.
While visiting Clarkesville over the weekend, I used the atm at the new Touchstone bank. At the close of my transaction, I received a receipt for $0 and my card was not emitted from the machine, though my online app showed the money coming out of my account. I have repeatedly called Touchstone’s online banking hotline which claims “ you will receive a call back within 24hrs.” I have since had to cancel the card to get a reissue and will have to return to Clarksville in person today to attempt to clear the transaction and obt... read more
