This place is no longer Touchstone, and in my opinion, it just got worse. I'm gonna move my accounts away from there very soon.
Who do you think pays your wages as a financial service? It's your guests. Time and again you have failed to even adhere to basic operational hours and have hung up on me and my husband when needing to move funds. You have not held up your terms regarding overdraft safety on autopayments and bleed Virginians dry at every step. Your staff is lazy, rude, and unhelpful and caused a massive dispute with PayPal by refusing outright to cease a contested charge, costing us several hundreds of dollars in overdraft and back rent.
