My brother is currently under there care. They are very slow to come to his need for help. Having to wait over an hour for someone to change him after soiling himself. My brother is diabetic ,but their feeding him food that is wrong. When I questioned a nurse, she replied he is supposed to be on a diabetic diet. Feeding him pizza is OK ? Her reply was he could have refused it. WTH. This so called nurse is in the wrong profession. Tried contacting the social worker and administrator, but they never got back with me.
This place is AWFUL. They do not care for the patients and their staff does not care for people. You can turn on the call light and wait for hours without anyone coming to help. The place wreaks of faeces as they do not clean up the patients or their rooms. The food is inedible. Prisoners in jail get better food.. I was a patient here for a year and am telling you the reality of this place. Beware of the positive reviews. They are made by employees and their friends. AVOID at all costs!
