Touchmark at Emerald Lake was a game changer for my mom and our family. The facility is spotless and sits on beautiful grounds. The staff is so kind and caring and genuine. The activities are thoughtful and engaging. My mom is happy and content and loves her space. We couldn't be happier for her. What a blessing!

Outstanding staff, especially Carmen Alencar who spends an inordinate amount of time with superb support for Residents and staff alike.
I moved my mom here to Touchmark to be closer to myself and my brother. She was the first resident to sign papers and move in. Touchmark is beautiful and so inviting. All the staff are attentive to the needs of the community here and Carmen is an absolute delight and treats every resident as if they belonged to her own family.
This place is a cruise ship on land. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us relocate a family member from out of state. They are very well connected in the community and helped us also locate a PT rehabilitation facility on short notice. They provided a lot of guidance and insight that made the move in process less stressful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping has been extremely kind to her.
