I used Touching Hearts to make it possible to have my grandfather at my wedding. He has memory & mobility issues, but I wanted him to be present at my wedding without creating stress for any of my family members. Touching hearts stayed with him making sure he did not fall at the wedding and at cocktail hour. They also drove him home when he was ready to go, which allowed the rest of the family to be able to stay at the wedding. We had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Touching Hearts at Home. They cared for my mom, Victoria, for several months as we were working towards transitioning to assisted living. Each caregiver became like a member of the family. My mom looked forward to their daily care. The caregivers were skilled at bathing, transitioning and even family counseling (they listened to all of us in a very professional manner)!
