We had a wonderful experience with all the staff at Touching Hearts at Home. They cared for my mom, Victoria, for several months as we were working towards transitioning to assisted living. Each caregiver became like a member of the family. My mom looked forward to their daily care. The caregivers were skilled at bathing, transitioning and even family counseling (they listened to all of us in a very professional manner)! I work at Touching Hearts for 10 years. I can say it was truly a great place to work. Kira was always willing to work with me and made me feel like family.
I said MULTIPLE times I am only here temporarily to take care of my grandma. This company knew I was not staying long / helping with others. I was not warned that I would have to pay for my own tb shot out of my pay due to me not staying for 6 months. I also didn’t see a schedule because I was on vacation which the company was aware of that. Nancy and some of the caregivers deserve 5 stars but since this review is for the owner i gave it 1. Also threw away my handbook so you won’t be receiving that on the 15th thanks!
