Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Don't ever put your family members in here.
This is the most unprofessional, negligent, pathetic, poor excuse for a business I have ever seen. I used to work in personal care, so I know what the staff is doing is not in the best interest of the residents. One of my parents has been in the hospital for “7” days. I only found out because the hospital called me. Not once did this “business” find time in a week to pick up the phone to let me or my sister know what is going on.
