I’ve done over 40 closings at Touchdown Title since 2020. It’s my favorite local title company. The attorney there, Spencer, bends over backwards for his clients. He also goes out of his way to accommodate my non-English speaking clients. As a bilingual real estate agent in Baton Rouge, it’s nearly impossible to find a Spanish speaking attorney, and although Spencer isn’t fluent, he provides resources for buyers and sellers that other attorneys do not.
