Being honest, I just don’t care for this place. They never really have the latest apparel for any team let alone one from another state. Return policy and at least one employee are highly questionable. They seem to work whenever it’s convenient for them but don’t post specific hours so it’s a crapshoot if it’s open or not. Once that started happening I happily took my business elsewhere. Similiar to others experience, exchange policy or lack there of 1 is questionable. They claim they have no way of looking up items by tags that are in tact and labeled. Not willing to do ANYTHING to help with a return if brand new items with tags intact. Hard to believe in today's age.
This store is a scam. Dont waste your time. No returns allowed? Can't even exchange for a different size... What a joke
I asked about return policy before buying because I did not know if my husband would like the items I purchased. Employee provided wrong information and lied about return/exchange process. No accountability. I had to buy something I did not want or need just to not lose out on money. Unacceptable.
