Had a whole upstairs carpet installed back in 2020 and since then have had nothing but issues. Many bubbles, carpet not cut properly and loose carpet all over. Contacted Touchdown and had them come out twice to try to fix the issues and here we are in 2025 still dealing with bubbles. Contacted Touchdown again and this time they wouldn’t even speak to us. STAY AWAY. in July of 2024 they came to my house to measure kitchen and bathroom floors, picked out tile and I made down payment at end of September 2024, that's when communication stopped! I was told during measurements that I had to get a plumber to disconnect my stove and toliet because that was a service they did not supply. I tried to get an installation date prior to having my plumber come out because i didn't want to be without a toilet or stove for a while, but I could never get an installation scheduled. They ordered the wrong tile, round 2 was defective so they took it back. Make sure you check your tile before you accept it and put it down.
