Great massage
The massage was actually quite decent. The staff were not being loud and chatting as previously mentioned. I would go back for sure.
I wanted to email this complaint confidential however they do not provide any email address. I saved up so I can have a massage to help ease pain in my upper back and neck. I have attend Touch Thai before and had some amazing experiences however the massage I had yesterday left me feeling extremely disheartened. It honestly felt like the lady was tired and could not be bothered. There was no attempt to try and work out the nots. This is my second time visiting here, I was curious to see if they had improved since I was last there. Sadly, nothing has changed. They are still talking to eachother in Thai. This is rude and common decency not to speak during a massage when you are hoping to relax. A few other reviews comment on the therapists talking during the massage - I don’t understand why they won’t take on the feedback, it’s only causing them to have further bad reviews? Good massage but the environment is not relaxing and quite stress inducing so I wanted to share my experience to encourage people not to attend. When I arrived at the massage place they asked me to pay in advance in cash (fine). You are lying on tables with curtains so you can hear everything.
