I had a crack in my screen but the phone worked perfectly like this for almost a year. Within a couple of days of being “fixed” the screen kept going black but Siri still useable. Unfortunately, we’ve decided to change the screenprotector on Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ in this place. The guy put the phone to the heating surface (120 C) and waited long time to activate his special glue. The question about high temperature was ignored. Two hours later the phone needed to recharge. The wire charger was not working on the phone. My wife came back to this place and managing lady confirmed that even wireless charger doesn’t help.
