Absolutely the best pain therapy I have ever had. After a several cervical spinal injury, spondelosysthesis (sp) in L1, a myraid of shots, surgeries, physical therapies etc., Nancy was my only haven of relief. After 1 year of working with her I was virtually pain free. This after 3 years of painful and horribly expensive medical treatments that seemed to never end. IDK anything about these other silly reviews, but if you have pain and are sick of it go see Nancy.

Feb.19, 2014, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - IM DISPUTING THE CHARGE & ASKING FOR REFUND !!!! i bought 2 groupons from this place, everytime I called to speak to ANYBODY, to ask questions, you always get voice mail, & directed to their web site to book appointment, where you have to leave your credit card info. So after doing this, my husband had the first appt. Feb 19th, he went only to find the NO business, they moved out of the Cooper location!!! 1 Star is too many for this place. I've never received such appalling service from a place that has yet to serve me. I received a groupon for a massage and facial on June 8th for my birthday. When I called for an appointment the soonest time available was in two months. The day before Nancy sent me an email to reschedule. No apologizes or explanation. Worst customer service experience. Good luck actually getting an appointment. Got a Groupon for my sis as a gift in June. Since then they have had her reschedule once and when they did, forgot to schedule her on the books. All this in 3 months. When I called to complain the receptionist/manager/massage therapist was extremely rude, and basically told me to get a refund from Groupon and hung up!
