My brother spent the last 2 years of his life at T of L after transferring from Eden on Lindsay Rd as staff there did not wear masks during the height of the COVID pandemic and owners were unresponsive to my and other concerned individuals numerous queries. This facility change was for the better as monthly cost was reduced while the quality of care was far superior.
