We had Martha and Jill from Touch of Health in to provide our team with a nice morning of relaxation. Our team greatly appreciated the relaxing massages and tips on how to stretch! Martha is an awesome and amazing massage therapist who not only releases the kinks in your neck, shoulder, and back but gives you hope that you can feel better. I look forward to my monthly maintenance appointment, as with Martha's massage techniques using healing oils and manipulation of muscles and tissue you leave feeling wholesome.
Martha is a wonderful massage therapist and has been taking great care of me! She listens to the areas that are hurting and uses multiple tools to help ease discomfort. I have been going for prenatal massages and would highly recommend her services ! I can’t wait to go back postpartum
