Over this year, I've found Sondra so healing! I had vertigo, doing PT for over a year before a friend recommended Sondra. I'm not new to massage- she is the best. She noticed my lymphatic issues 13 yrs after radiation. Doctor agreed. PT vestibular improved vertigo But 90 mn massages with Sondra has improved vertigo, lymph and all calmness each time I see her.

Cassandra is amazing! She released a tremendous amount of tension in my shoulder blade, neck, and upper back. I’ve been to many therapists over the years, and no one has been able to provide the level of relief that Sondra did. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and incredibly intuitive in how she works with muscles and muscle groups. You can tell she truly understands the body. She does absolutely amazing work. I highly recommend her.

I just had my first visit and it was a wonderful massage. Very clean space, Sondra was very professional, told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to know to care for myself after my massage. Very fair pricing too. I am booking my next massage with her right away!!
