Totts used to be a neighborhood service station where everybody knew everybody. It has since changed ownership. I will admit, they are trying very hard to keep that sense of neighborhood. I haven't had an issue with my vehicle yet where the new owner will allow his mechanic to leave the shop, jury-fix my car and allow me to come in the next day to properly fix it and pay my bill.
