We came to TOTS for speech therapy after our daughter was late to talking. It initially seemed to be going well - her therapist came to daycare to work with her once a week. But after about 6 months, we had a teacher tell us the therapist was only spending about 20 minutes with her instead of the allotted 30. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but 2 months later another teacher told us that day's had been all of 10 minutes long and that they'd been getting shorter weekly. First, I would like to say that my daughter enjoyed coming for her "play appointments." Mitch + Kelly with whom she interacted with were very nice to her. My concern with this office is the lack of similar 'treatment' plans or advice. My daughter was a mild-medium toe walker. I started intervention because she toe walked about 50% of the time. She was evaluated by Mitch & Mitch gave great information at the evaluation appointment. She was seen by Kelly weekly after. After each appointment, I asked Kelly what we could be doin... read more

My son has been going to TOTS for the better part of 10 years for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapyn and Speech Therapy. I wouldnt think of taking him anywhere else. All of the therapists have gone above and beyond with their treatment. They take personal interest in each of their kiddos. Wish I could give them more stars.

Ms. Ella is amazing with our son. She is always courteous and professional. Our son responds very well to therapy here
