I needed to have a Toto Washlet repaired. After some challenges working out shipping logistics, customer service stepped in and resolved my issue. The solution was outstanding and i am very appreciative of Toto USA commitment to customer service!
Replaced my beloved 20 year old Toto toilet 2 years ago with the newest replacement, the Most Uncomfortable toilet ever made! It has a very loud air ‘refreshing’ fan that goes off every time someone sits on it and since I am female that is every time. I cannot find a way to shut off this stupid fan. The noise of the fan wakes my husband so I cannot use my ensuite toilet at night!
