This is not a bash the company review just what my experience was. So from the jump you will pay for travel and will not be reimbursed. So I came to orientation on April 22, 2025 on a Tue. I took the drugtest when I was at home in Texas. So was supposed to start rolling by Thursday but it was a driver still driving the truck. He was quitting due to no getting miles I guess and sitting a lot, so they kicked him out the truck and put me in it. I give them 3 stars because I never worked for them, however they do not pay travel expenses to the yard. They have $ 2000 escrow. They run midwest and south. Truck run 68-72 depending on truck. Broker loads. They were polite on phone. Elk Grove Village location.

I have been working with Toto Freight for almost two years. I have not experienced a single problem so far. The company has a great dispatch and safety team that makes drivers' jobs easier, providing everything they need. There is also a 24/7 accessible support and tracking team, and everyone in the company is quite polite. For me, Toto Freight is the best in the industry.
